About our clocks

ArteClock specializes in clocks that are designed as functional art pieces. Each one is crafted with a focus on visual impact, premium materials, and long-lasting performance. Their designs are inspired by the elegant aesthetics of modernist, abstract and minimalist art.

We use a variety of high-quality materials depending on the design, including:

  • Natural wood and MDF
  • Eco-friendly water-based paints, applied by hand in multiple layers
  • Premium wood finishes that enhance true wood grain
  • Molded aluminum hands (not plastic)
  • Silent, high-quality German-made quartz movements

Yes. These clock movements are the finest German-made UTS quartz mechanisms, which guarantee excellent quality and quiet operation, even though they are not sweep movements.

The “step” effect is greatly reduced because, for both aesthetic and functional reasons, our clocks do not include a second hand. This minimizes both the visibility of the movement and any audible noise.

Ordering

The exact dimensions of each clock are specified on its product page.

Here is a quick “rule-of-thumb” tip:

  • Small rooms → 12–16 inches
  • Medium spaces → 16–22 inches
  • Large walls / feature walls → 22–32 inches or more

No, you can check out as a guest.

However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, view past purchases, save your shipping details, and speed up future checkout processes.

Once your order ships, we'll send you an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view your order history and status at any time.

We process orders quickly. If you need to make changes, please contact customer service immediately at rhonda@arteclock .com. While we will make every effort to accommodate you, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once the order has entered the shipping process.

After your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive a shipment confirmation email from us, containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor delivery progress.

Every clock is securely packaged with protective foam and reinforced boxing to ensure safe delivery.

Returns & guarantees

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, undamaged items in original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will replace it at no cost.

Yes. All ArteClock clocks come with a full one-year manufacturer’s warranty.

Installation & care

Yes. Every clock includes simple mounting instructions and the required hardware.

Most clocks use a single AA battery (included unless stated otherwise).
