Returns policy

We want you to love your new artistic clock. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

  • Return eligibility

    Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

    To ensure safe transport, please repack the clock securely in the original protective packaging.

  • Non-returnable Items

    Because of their made-to-order or delicate nature, some products cannot be returned:

    • Custom-made or personalized clocks
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Items that show signs of installation, damage, or modification
  • Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–7 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or damaged items.

  • Return shipping

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll provide a prepaid return label or send a replacement at no cost.

    For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

    1. Contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
    2. We’llprovide detailed return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid label.
    3. Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or replacement promptly.
