Limited warranty

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods purchased from ArteClock (the "Company") and is valid only in the United States.

  • What does this limited warranty cover?

    This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period.During the Warranty Period, the Company will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

  • What will we do to correct problems?

    The Company will either:

    • Repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
    • Exchange the product with a new or refurbished product of the same model and quality.
  • How long does the coverage last?

    The Warranty Period for the decorative wall clocks is one (1) year from the date of original purchase. A replacement product or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original product, or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

  • What does this limited warranty not cover?

    This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

    • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
    • Conditions, malfunctions, or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, improper installation, accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, fire, flood, earthquake, or other external causes.
    • Damage to any product that has been modified or altered without the written permission of the Company.
    • Batteries, glass finishes, or cosmetic damage such as scratches, dents, or broken glass.
  • What do you have to do to exercise the warranty?

    To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution. You can reach our customer service team via:

    If service is required, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the defective product. You may be responsible for the costs of shipping and the risk of loss or damage during transit to our service center.

  • Limitation of liability

    Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused.

    Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
