SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At ArteClock, every clock is packaged with care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Our shipping process is designed to provide a premium, reliable experience worthy of the artwork you’ve chosen for your home.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 business days.Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time.You will receive an order confirmation immediately and a tracking number once your clock has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Methods

We offer trusted, fully trackable shipping services to ensure safe delivery.   

Standard shipping is FREE.  Please inquire about Expedited or Priority Shipping  Rates, which are based on destination, package size, and selected service.

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (select regions)

Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin once your order has been shipped.Please note that carrier delays, customs clearance (for international orders), or peak-season volume may affect transit times.

Packaging & Care

Each clock is packed using protective materials, reinforced cartons, and immobilizing inserts to ensure safe travel.Our goal is to have your timepiece arrive as beautifully as it left our studio.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reroute packages once they are in transit.

Missing, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

If your package arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivery irregularities, contact us within 48 hours so we can assist.

We will help resolveTransit damage, Lost shipments, Incorrect deliveries or Carrier issues

Documented photos may be required for claims.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships.You can monitor your delivery status at any time.
